About the event
Take a moment to calm, recenter, and reconnect between holidays. This time of year can be joyful and fun— but it can also be stressful and exhausting. Regularly making time to find stillness and rest is key to making it through the month without total burnout. In this class we take the time to gently nourish and recenter ourselves.
