Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make it to a class, drop in classes must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class time in order to receive a refund. Classes can be rescheduled without losing the cost of the class up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled class time. If you have an unforeseen emergency that limits your ability to cancel or reschedule within the defined policy, please contact us. If you are a member, there are no charges related to cancellation or reschedules of live classes. However, in order to best prepare for leading our classes, we still have the same cancellation and reschedule requirements. Cancellations or rescheduling must be carried out at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class time. Please note that live class links are non-transferable.
